  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Delays: Please note that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

2.2 International Shipping

  • Express International Shipping (DHL): 5-10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Emerie Studios, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3. Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). You can track your order by following the instructions in the email.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

5. Shipping Insurance

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: Emerie Studios, Inc. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
